Clothing Sizes :
We ensure that the sizes provided are consistent with the size chart displayed on the product page. Please refer to this chart before making your purchase. Refunds will only be issued in cases where the wrong product was shipped. If you are dissatisfied with the product but it is not damaged or incorrect, the item must be returned to our warehouse, and the return shipping fee will be the responsibility of the customer.

Once we receive and review the images you’ve provided of the damaged product, we will notify you of the approval status. If your refund is approved, it will be processed within 10 business days and issued to your original payment method.
